Scrum Master Certification 2 day course covers the following topics:
Introduction
This 2 day Scrum Master Certification course takes into account the materials from ‘Scrum Foundation Training’ more in-depth, this will include developing individuals’ knowledge on managing value-driven projects with Scrum. This programme will cover materials to how Scrum is a combination of iterative and incremental agile software development methodology to manage product development.
Delegates will be able to gain knowledge on how to use management approaches with value-driven projects and plan a Sprint meetings. Candidates can also go onto ‘Scrum Master Certification’.
