Project managerial skills are a collective skill in any type of organisation, Association for Proposal Management (APM) is a collective skill to manage projects and programmes. This 2 day BCS accredited introductory course will cover the fundamental topics related to APM professional disciplines of project management and programme management.
This programme will provide delegates the knowledge and skills to promote and develop project management and programme management disciplines.
Candidates can take their knowledge and skills further by proceeding in more intermediate and advance level certifications
Prerequisites
To attend this course, you must:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in project management
- Have some experience in a project environment
- Be familiar with project management issues
