What is Praxis Frmaework?

Praxis Framework™ is a Project, Programme, and Portfolio (P3) Management Framework formed of four integral components. These are ‘Knowledge’, ‘Method’, ‘Competence’, and ‘Capability Maturity’. In recent times, the sphere of P3 Management has broadened drastically and the number of relevant guidance-based publications has increased. In response, the Praxis framework has been developed to incorporate all existing, trusted, and proven P3 Management guidance, to provide an unparalleled collection of best practices.

A pivotal characteristic of this P3 Management framework is its flexibility. It has been meticulously designed in order to be adapted and tailored to the context of any project, programme, or portfolio. This means that once sufficiently trained in the Praxis Framework™, certified professionals will possess the capability to consider each of the four core components in turn, and gradually alter the framework to suit particular business requirements.

It is also notable that the Praxis Framework™ links closely with other trusted and well-known Project and Programme Management frameworks, namely PRINCE2® and MSP®.
