Introduction

This intensive Commercial Awareness 2 day course is BCS accredited develops materials taught in previous courses on business analysis work more in-depth. This course will cover the essentials for organisational financial management and its internal and external structures.

This programme will cover materials to enable individuals to gain the skills to manage an organisation from a financial perception. This will provide delegates an insight on changing organisational boundaries and operating models.

All of these themes will allow candidates to prepare and pass for the BCS Certificate in Commercial Awareness exam.
